QuestionMy Magic Crystal Talisman daily reward is not progressing despite visiting the game every day. It is stuck on the 5th day. What should I do?

Answer: We are sorry for encountering this problem while playing our game. Our Team is working on fixing this issue. Meanwhile, you can overcome it by performing the steps below:

  • Miss one day to break the chain of consecutive days;
  • Do not restore the chain and tap Back to the Beginning;
  • After each playing session, tap Home Button to leave the game and let it run in the background. This will ensure your reward keeps progressing.

Question: I can't download the new update on my device. It says that I need the iOS 6.0 update version. I'm currently running iOS 5.1.1 version. What should I do?

Answer: Please be informed that we are always striving to improve our games and new game features are becoming more and more demanding of system requirements. Please note that starting from the 1.12 game version the game requires iOS 6.0 version or later.

 

Question:        I want to transfer my game progress to my new device. What should I do in this case?

Answer:        To transfer your game progress to another device, please back up your previous device data and restore it on your new device using iTunes.

Notice that the game should be installed on your new device before you restore your backup on it.

 

Question: I am experiencing some problems with the game. Should I reinstall it?

Answer: Please avoid reinstalling the app because your game progress and purchase items will be lost. Keep in mind that the game goes in real time and it recharges statuettes and energy even when the app is minimized or closed. In case the app is reinstalled your game progress and purchased items are lost.

If the game has some issues, please contact G5 Support Team and one of our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

QuestionI have already played this game on my previous device and now I’ve got a new one. How can I transfer the game progress I’ve already made to it?

Answer: Due to certain technical reasons it is impossible to transfer your game progress from one device to another. In case you reinstall the app, your game progress and purchased items are lost.

 

QuestionWhen I try to send a gift to my friend, I am unable to see his/her wish list. What should I do?

Answer: We are experiencing technical issues with our Wish List functionality. The team is working to resolve them as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

 

 Question:  When I try to visit a friend or send him a gift, I get an error message " Please wait" and after a while I get a message "Failed to connect to the server". What should I do?

Answer: Please be informed that our Technical Team is aware of the issue and they are working on fixing it as quickly as possible. Please avoid reinstalling the app, as your game progress and purchased items will be lost.

 

Question:  After updating my device to iOS 8 every time I go to research a location the game crashes. Also, when I go to the location, it shows that it is on pause. What should I do?

Answer: We would like to inform you that the 1.11 update with the crash fix is already live. Please visit App Store and download the update to overcome the issue.

 

Question:  How do I catch butterflies in the 1.10 update?

Answer: Butterflies can only be found when the "Handheld butterfly net" talisman is activated. The butterfly net talisman can be found as a reward for a successful investigation of any picture or puzzle in the game. It can be activated from the talismans section of the inventory. Once activated the talisman lasts for 10 minutes, and during this time butterflies can be won as a reward for the successful investigation of any picture or puzzle.

 

Question: Every time I tap on the gifts icon, the game crashes. What should I do?

Answer: Please be informed that our Team has managed to isolate and fix the crash you’ve experienced. You will be able to overcome the issue after updating your app to the 1.10 version. 

 

Question:  When I try to access the Gem Match puzzle, the screen goes black and doesn't let me play it. 

Answer:  Please be informed that 1.9.5 update with the fix is already available on the App Store. Please update the game to continue playing!

 

Question: How can I send a Valentine's Day Card to my Friend?

Answer: Please be informed that you can send a Valentine's Day Card by going to your friend's game and tapping on the Valentine's Day Box. 

 

Question:  Where can I find Unicorn Blood?

Answer: Please be informed that you can find Unicorn Blood in Witch's Hut starting from the Detective level or you can get it as a gift from a friend.

 

Question: I need to get Carrots to research Illusionist's Room. What should I do?

Answer: Please note that you can find carrots in the Eastern Bazaar picture, you can get them as a reward for completing certain collections, you can get them as a gift or you can purchase them.

 

Question: How can I help my Friends?

Answer: You can send gifts to your Friends, charge their statuettes and give Hints to them on different locations.

 Keep in mind that you can give a Hint to your friend in the following way:

1. Go to Friends menu. Tap Friends tab.

2. Choose a Friend you would like to visit and tap Visit.

3. Tap any magic picture available.

4. Confirm your choice in the screen that appears.

 

You can also send gifts to your friends in the following way:

1. Tap "Friends".

2. Tap "Send a gift".

3. You will see your friend's wish list at the top of the screen. You can choose any item from your inventory below and send it.

 

Please follow the steps below to charge statuettes for your Friend:

1. Go to Friends menu. Tap Friends tab.

2. Choose a Friend you would  like to visit and tap Visit.

3. Tap the statuette you would like to charge.

4. Confirm your choice in the screen that appears.

 

Question: What does hiring a Friend mean? How do I hire a Friend?

Answer: Please note that the Friend you’re hiring  will help you in the next location you will open. Every player has randomly been given a profession and it influences the way this player can help you. You can check your Friends' professions under their info tab. Keep in mind that you can hire any friend once a day for free.  As your Reputation grows, you can "hire" more Friends to help you in different locations.

To hire a Friend please tap the Hire button on the player’s avatar in the Friend’s tab.

 

Question: I can’t find an item at the location indicated in its description! The item is not displayed in To be Found Tab. What should I do?

Answer: Please be informed that on different mastering levels there are different lists with objects to find. The item you are concerned about can be found at the same location but with higher level of mastering. Please continue playing the game and you will find the item.

 

Question: Where can I find Fireflies to play the Night Garden location?

Answer: Please be informed that you can find Fireflies in the Palatial Office picture. You also get them as a reward for visiting your Friend’s game once a day and from Friendliness statuette.

 

Question: I used Weights and it didn't restore my energy! What should I do?

Answer: Please be informed that Weights are not meant to increase your energy level as they restore Strength. Note that as you tap any item in your inventory a small screen appears describing the item itself and its purpose in the game.

 

Question: What are Strength and Reputation used for?

Answer: Please note that Strength is similar to Energy required for performing actions in your Friend's game. You can charge statuettes for your friends or leave them Hints in different locations. For each action you get +10 points to your Reputation which displays the level of your social activity. As your Reputation grows, you can "hire" more Friends to help you in different locations.

 
Question:     The game doesn’t run after installation or shuts down during play.

Answer:        To ensure optimal performance of the game, it is recommended that you restart your device after installing a new application. To restart your device, press and hold both Home and Power buttons for about 10 seconds until the device restarts.

 
 
Question:     I purchased the game but with recent Sync the game has vanished from my iPad. How can I restore it?

Answer:       Start iTunes, go to iTunes Store, sign in with the same account you used to purchase the game. Find the game page in iTunes. Press "Buy". If you purchased this game previously iTunes knows it and will offer you to re-download the game for free. Press "Yes", download will start. Sync once the game is downloaded.

 
 
Question:     I cannot download the game I purchased from my iPad. It keeps me waiting for a long, but without any result.

Answer:       Sometimes it takes longer than usually for the game to be downloaded, so you need to wait for a while. You can also try to restart iTunes or reinstall the application using your PC. You can reinstall the application in the following way:

  1. Start iTunes.
  2. Go to iTunes Store.
  3. Sign in with the same account you used to purchase the game.
  4. Choose the option “Downloads”.
  5. Delete the current loading.
  6. Find the game page in iTunes, press “Buy”. If you purchased this game previously, iTunes knows it and will offer you to re-download the game for free.
  7. Press “Yes”, download will start.
  8. Sync once the game is downloaded.
In case you still cannot download the application, you need to contact Apple Support (http://www.apple.com/support/) as the problem is not likely caused by the application and should be forwarded to the App Store Support which is in charge of suchlike issues.

Question:     I have already played this game on my previous device and now I’ve got a new phone. How can I transfer the game progress I’ve already made to it?

Answer:       Due to certain technical reasons it is impossible to transfer your game progress from one device to another. Please be informed that we create separate applications for different platforms and even devices in order to provide the best possible experience to the players on each platform. There is substantial amount of work associated with producing a version for this or that device- the screen dimensions, the size of the screen, and the controls are different, and there is a lot of work that goes into redesigning and adapting the user interface. This needs to be done to ensure the best possible experience for the players, and that's why for now we stick to the business model where there is a separate application for each platform.

Question:     I was charged twice. What should I do?

Answer:    For any kind of replacing/payment issue, you should contact Apple Support directly and fill in the form there, as this issue is out of control of G5 Entertainment.

 

Question:     I cannot post my achievements to Facebook. What should I do?
Answer:       When posting an achievement, you should leave a comment or fill in a couple of words in "What´s on your mind" box. After that the achievement should be posted to your wall.

Apparently, Facebook is experiencing some problems at the moment. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon and you will be able to post your achievements again. We will keep you up-to-date on any new information on this issue. You can get more details contacting Facebook Help Center support specialists.

Question:     I want to switch to another language in the game on my iPad but I don't know how to do it.

Answer:       You can do it in the following way:

  1. On the Home screen, locate and tap the icon with an image of a gear ("Settings").
  2. The Settings screen will appear. In the side menu on the left you will see a subsection with the settings of the apps installed on your device. Tap on G5's game which language you would like to change.
  3. On the right side select the option "Language".
  4. Press the Home button.
  5. On the next screen select the language that you want the game to use. The option "Auto" is selected by default and makes the game use the system language set on your device.
 
 
Question:     I want to listen to my own music during play on my iPad.

Answer:       You can do it in the following way:

  1. On the Home screen, locate and tap the icon "iPod".
  2. Choose the option "Music".
  3. Choose the preferable music track.
  4. Press the Home button.
  5. On the Home screen, tap on G5’s game you would like to play.
