Question: I’ve just started the game and it doesn’t let me do anything! I can call Menu and that’s all. What should I do?
Answer: Keep in mind that before you can start the game, you are to pass the tutorial steps. Note that there is no way to skip or bypass them. Please, follow the instructions above the character at the game screen.
You can get through the tutorial in the following way:

  • Use pinch to zoom in (touch the screen of your device with two fingers and slide them in the contrary directions).
  • Use pinch to zoom out (touch the screen with two fingers and slide them toward each other).
  • Tap on the part of the beach you want to go. Your character will move there.

After you finish the tutorial, your adventure will start.


Question: I’m in chapter 4. I can’t find the edelweiss needed for the antidote to cure Mike. What am I to do?
Answer: Please talk to Phato. He will tell you that the edelweiss is in the northern cave in the mountains. When you come into the cave, please walk straight ahead and you will see it in a large crevice between two tall rocks.


Question: I can’t complete the quest in chapter 4 where Boguro asks me to bring her the fuki. I’ve already got some, but the game won’t recognize it! What should I do?
Answer: Please be informed that you can pick fuki Boguro wants in the planter above the Village. You can’t grow or buy it.


Question: After I have got the third stone of invoke in chapter 5, the game crashed! What should I do?
Answer: We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Our games are very demanding in terms of system resources. Please close all running applications and try to update your firmware version. You can check the manual of your device to find out how to update your Android firmware version.
Keep in mind that can also try to restart the application. Please follow the instruction below:

  • Tap on "Settings" on your top screen.
  • Choose "Applications".
  • Go to "Manage applications".
  • Choose the game you need.
  • Tap "Force stop" button.
  • Tap "Back".
  • Start the game once more.


Question: I can’t find all Sacred Statues! Any hints?
Answer: Please be informed that 12 Statues are located in the following places:
Osanjin - Central Beach: northwest in the grass by the water.
Olukun - Northern Beach: west behind a tree.
Oduduva - Western Forest: by the ramshackle huts.
Tano – Northwestern cave on the way into the mountains: about half way to the exit on the other side.
Dungu – Mountains: in the northeast.
Otau - Northern Forest.
Ifa - Central Beach cave: off to the right, past where you find John.
Obiem – Northern cave: behind edelweis.
Obatala - New cave: off to the left.
Olorun - Heart of the Island: behind the lemon tree.
Oke – Swamp: on the northern end.
Oshumare - Heart of Island cave.

Question: I have already played this game on my previous device and now I’ve got a new phone. How can I transfer the game progress I’ve already made to it?
Answer: Due to certain technical reasons it is impossible to transfer your game progress from one device to another. Please be informed that we create separate applications for different platforms and even devices in order to provide the best possible experience to the players on each platform. There is substantial amount of work associated with producing a version for this or that device- the screen dimensions, the size of the screen, and the controls are different, and there is a lot of work that goes into redesigning and adapting the user interface. This needs to be done to ensure the best possible experience for the players, and that's why for now we stick to the business model where there is a separate application for each platform.

Question: I was charged twice. What should I do?
Answer: In case you´ve purchased the full content of the game, all the subsequent unlocks after the reinstallation or installation on the another device from the same account will be done for free. You will be asked to buy unlock from within the game but Google Play memorizes you've already made a purchase and won't withdraw your money.

Question: What does the abbreviation "SKR" mean, while buying game’s unlock?
Answer: Please, be informed that while buying game’s unlock you will see the abbreviation "SKR" which means Swedish Krona. Be sure to contact your bank representative to obtain more accurate information concerning the rate of exchange.


Question: The game force closes. What am I to do?
Answer: Please try to restart the application. You can do it in the following way:

  • Tap on "Settings" on your top screen.
  • Choose "Applications".
  • Go to "Manage applications".
  • Choose the game you need.
  • Tap "Force stop" button.
  • Tap "Back".
  • Start the game once more.

If the application’s restart doesn’t help, try to reinstall the application.
First you should uninstall the application. You can do it in the following way:

  • Click on "Settings".
  • Choose "Applications".
  • Go to "Manage apps ".
  • Choose the application you need.
  • Click "Uninstall".

Then you are to reinstall the application. Follow the instruction to do this:

  • Find the application on Google Play.
  • Click on "Install".
  • Click on "Accept permission".
  • Ok, install.

You will see the message: "Waiting for downloading and installing".
The game will appear in the folder "Applications".
Also you can open the game from the market, clicking "Open", when it finishes downloading successfully.

Question: I am trying to purchase the full game but when I click "buy" it says "request pending" but it hadn't downloaded yet. What am I to do?
Answer: Please wait for some time. Order processing needs additional term. In case the problem persists after waiting for some time please contact Google Play Help Center directly. We understand the inconvenience of this issue, though we are afraid the problem you have faced is not caused by the application itself and has to do with purchasing apps from Google Play. Please, be informed that handling orders with Google Play applications is out of control of G5 Entertainment.


Question: I cannot download the application. It keeps saying “Download unsuccessful”. What should I do?
Answer: If you receive a "Download unsuccessful" message when attempting to download an application, try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

  • Restart your phone and then try downloading the app again.
  • Check if your internet connection is stable (contact your mobile service provider if you aren't connected).
  • Try downloading the application again after a while.

In case you still download the application, you need to contact Google Play Support, as the problem is not likely caused by the application and should be forwarded to the Google Play Support which is in charge of suchlike issues.


Question: I want to download and install application on my device. What I am to do?
Answer: It's easy to download and install items from Google Play to your device; please follow these steps:

  • Select the item you want to install. The item details screen appears. Read more about the item and its developer on this screen.
  • If you want to install the item, select either the FREE button, or for paid apps, select the price of the app.
  • Press OK to accept the permissions for the app.
  • If you’ve selected a free app, then the item will start downloading immediately.
  • If you’ve selected a paid app, you may be asked to sign in to an additional Google account. Sign in and select ‘Purchase now’ if you want to proceed. Step through the purchase screens.


Question: How do I get the full content of the game?
Answer: Please be informed that the new content is not a separate application, it is a feature of the game that allows you to buy full version of the game from within the app. After you´ve played through the free version you can always go back to the Main Menu of the game to unlock the full version by hitting the "Buy full game" button. You can decide whether you want to unlock the full content or you can play the free version all over again. You don´t need to enter Google Play, you can do it from within the application. New levels will appear in your installed game after you unlock a new content. Just continue playing and you´ll be able to play from the moment you´ve stopped.
After successful unlock the "Buy full game" button will disappear in the Main menu.


Question: I´ve downloaded the app from Google Play and after I launched it, it keeps on Splash screen saying "downloading game data" with progress bar. Why does it happen?
Answer: Once you´ve downloaded the game from Google Play and launched on the device, it starts downloading additional game data. Downloading game data is a process of resuming additional data. We use downloading game data because there are game´s size restrictions on Google Play. Also there is limit on some devices in size of downloading data. We want every customer to play our games in best quality regardless the device they use. Our games provide a good set of hi-res graphics that´s why downloading game data may take some time, depending on speed of Internet connection you use and quality of communication. We recommend using Wi-Fi connection or a high-speed data plan. Also you need to have enough memory on your device for successful downloading game data.


Question: Downloading process takes much time, progress bar doesn´t move. I think its stuck. What am I to do?
Answer: In rare cases depending on connection stability downloading process may stuck. Check your Internet connection, probably you are out of Wi-Fi zone or the speed has become too slow. In case everything is ok with Internet connection try to restart downloading game data.
If the game stopped downloading, you may try to force stop this downloading.
You can do it in the following way:

  • Tap on "Settings" on your top screen.
  • Choose "Applications".
  • Go to "Manage applications".
  • Choose the game you need.
  • Tap on "Force close" button.

Also it is recommended that you clear data of the application and uninstall it.
You can do it in the following way:

  • Tap on "Settings" on your top screen.
  • Choose "Applications".
  • Go to "Manage applications".
  • Choose the game you need.
  • Tap on "Clear data" button, then "Uninstall".

Then you are to reinstall the application. Follow the instruction to do this:

  • Find the application on Google Play.
  • Tap on "Install".
  • Tap on "Accept permission".
  • Choose "OK", " Install".
  • You will see the message: "Your item will be downloaded".
  • The game will appear in the folder "Applications".


Question: How can I speed up downloading game data?
Answer: Downloading of the game is not an immediate process, it takes some time, depending on speed of Internet connection you use and quality of communication. We recommend using Wi-Fi connection for downloading game data or a high-speed data plan. While choosing data plan also point out its included traffic amount. Our games provide a good set of hi-res graphics that´s why downloading game´s data size may be large. It´s preferable to use unlimited data plan or plan with lots of traffic included in it.
