Question: I’m in chapter 4. I can’t find the edelweiss needed for the antidote to cure Mike. What am I to do?
Answer: Please talk to Phato. He will tell you that the edelweiss is in the northern cave in the mountains. When you come into the cave, please walk straight ahead and you will see it in a large crevice between two tall rocks.


Question: I can’t complete the quest in chapter 4 where Boguro asks me to bring her the fuki. I’ve already got some, but the game won’t recognize it! What should I do?
Answer: Please be informed that you can pick fuki Boguro wants in the planter above the Village. You can’t grow or buy it.


Question: I can’t find all Sacred Statues! Any hints?
Answer: Please be informed that 12 Statues are located in the following places:
Osanjin - Central Beach: northwest in the grass by the water.
Olukun - Northern Beach: west behind a tree.
Oduduva - Western Forest: by the ramshackle huts.
Tano – Northwestern cave on the way into the mountains: about half way to the exit on the other side.
Dungu – Mountains: in the northeast.
Otau - Northern Forest.
Ifa - Central Beach cave: off to the right, past where you find John.
Obiem – Northern cave: behind edelweis.
Obatala - New cave: off to the left.
Olorun - Heart of the Island: behind the lemon tree.
Oke – Swamp: on the northern end.
Oshumare - Heart of Island cave.

Question: I have already played this game on my previous device and now I’ve got a new phone. How can I transfer the game progress I’ve already made to it?
Answer: Due to certain technical reasons it is impossible to transfer your game progress from one device to another. Please be informed that we create separate applications for different platforms and even devices in order to provide the best possible experience to the players on each platform. There is substantial amount of work associated with producing a version for this or that device- the screen dimensions, the size of the screen, and the controls are different, and there is a lot of work that goes into redesigning and adapting the user interface. This needs to be done to ensure the best possible experience for the players, and that's why for now we stick to the business model where there is a separate application for each platform.

Question: I was charged twice. What should I do?
Answer: Please, be informed that once you have purchased the full unlock of the application, all subsequent unlocks after that should be done for free.
If you have been charged twice for the unlock of the same application from the same account, please, contact Mac App Store Support directly and fill in the form there, as this issue is out of control of G5 Entertainment.

Question: Where can I find the folder with save files for the game?
Answer: You can find the folder with save files in the following way:

  • Open the folder "Finder" on your Dock.
  • Choose the user's name.
  • Open the folder "Library".
  • Find the folder with the Application name containing your save files.

Question: I encounter difficulties with launching the game from the account with restricted rights. What should I do?
Answer: You can try to add in the list of unrestricted websites.
You can follow the instruction below:

  • Go to System Preferences.
  • Select Parental Controls.
  • Sign in the user name and password.
  • Click on "Website Restrictions".
  • Select "Allow access to only these websites".
  • Add to the list.
  • Press "OK" and start the game once again.

Question: I want to switch to another language in the game on my MAC. How can I do it?
Answer: Please pay attention that our games run on the language selected in system.
To change one language for another you want follow the instruction please:

  • Choose "System Preferences" in dock (icon with gears).
  • Click on "Languages and text".
  • Choose the language you want and move it to the top of the column.
