Question: I have purchased the full content of the game but when I try to unlock it there is an error message "Connecting to the Windows store" and it does not verify my purchase.

Question: I cannot see an object because it appears behind the menu button. What should I do in this case?

Answer: Use pinch to zoom in and out. You can reach all objects with the full zoom - the game is designed to be played actively using the zoom feature.

 

Question: I wish to restart the puzzle minigame. What am I to do?

Answer: There is a reset option for every puzzle. You can reset any minigame in the following way: in the Secret Room, tap the Menu button, then select “Reset” and confirm that you wish to reset this puzzle. You won’t have to replay the game before the Secret Room.

Question: I feel like I'm stuck in Africa. I cannot access the airfield. What am I to do?

Answer: (Spoiler alert!) To go to the airfield, you need to find and tap the lever base in the Hut area. Before you can access the lever base, you must discover four key objects within the hut. After the dialogue appears, airfield area will be unlocked.

Question: I cannot post my achievements to Facebook. What should I do?
Answer: When posting an achievement, you should leave a comment or fill in a couple of words in "What´s on your mind" box. After that the achievement should be posted to your wall.
Apparently, Facebook is experiencing some problems at the moment. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon and you will be able to post your achievements again. Question:     The game doesn’t run after installation or shuts down during play.

Answer:        Please try to restart the app. You can do it in the following way:

1. Launch the game.

2. Swipe the game screen down.

3. When the game screen becomes small, drag it down to the bottom of you device screen.

4. Start the game once again.

 

Question:  How do I reinstall the app?

Answer:  Please follow the instruction below to do this:

1. Go to the Main Screen of your device.

2. Swipe the game icon up.

3. Choose "Delete" in the lower left corner of the screen.

4. Tap "Delete".

5. Go to Windows Store and download the game again.
